Service Description

This is a healing space and what we will work through, in one hour sessions at a time, is the unearthing of what may be coming up for you to further tease out and get clarity on...what is no longer serving your highest potential nor your highest self. We are all shifting and changing, as we navigate life's journey, and coming out of a spiritual journey... truths are unearthed and moving forward in the remembrance of some of those truths may sometimes feel layered. Integrating deeper what you gleaned from the experience is very much par for the course. Initially with your spiritual immersion, we include integration on the front and back end, and this is an option, should you feel called to go deeper. I assist in allowing you to feel heard, to feel safe, to ignite your power and reclaim your truth. I will support you in shedding some of those layers holding you back, and get to the core so that you may face it courageously, to process it and give yourself permission to release it in as mindful a way as possible. We will work with the breath, through the chakras, through processing, through energy work, ultimately through what it takes to get you as close to your true essence as possible...namely through love.
